Refunds and Returns Policy

 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. We are fully committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline to cancel an Order is 7 days from the date on which you have submitted your order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and are subject to authorization.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • International returns, please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. AV CARIBBEAN LLC reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that contact the ears or mouth (opened headphones, microphones, reeds, mouthpieces, in-ear monitors, etc), styli, control vinyl, media (books, DVDs, CDs, Software, hard drives, flash drives, master tape, etc.), tubes or bulbs, speaker components, special order items, some discontinued items, items that are specified as “final sale”, and large oversized items (freight).

  • To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in the same condition that you received them in. If you’re returning an item in-store, remember to bring your original receipt or packing list. We reserve the right to refuse returns in extreme cases of policy abuse (examples: excessive returns, fraud, etc.). See the manufacturer website for detailed warranty information.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
